For Amy Beldotti, Stamford has always been a special place. As graduate of the Stamford Public Schools, Amy has spent her career advocating for equitable access to quality public education—with her love for books and literacy always shining through. Since 2019, Amy has been responsible for developing and overseeing curriculum, professional development, college and career readiness, technology integration and innovative programming. Previously, Amy has served as a principal, assistant principal and teacher in various buildings. Since its founding, RIF has provided more than 422 million books to more than 129 million kids in all 50 states.

Named Chief Executive Officer of the Ferguson Library in 2014, Alice Knapp has been instrumental in the Ferguson Library's growth and success for the past eight years. She has won countless awards for her leadership and dedication, including the American Library Association's Sullivan Award in 2020, which recognizes a library administrator who has shown exceptional understanding and support of public library service to children. Prior to being CEO, Alice was the Executive Director of the New Canaan Library.
